A dedicated team of Southwest employees in Air Operations saw an opportunity to improve the Crew Member experience and drive operational efficiency.
With thousands of flights each day, it’s crucial all Crew Members are working in sync and with the right data at their fingertips, whether it’s finding a re-assigned gate for their next flight, last-minute changes to their schedule, or transportation for getting to their hotel.
The centerpiece of that experience is a mobile app called CrewHub, a day-of-flight and schedule management tool used by nearly 30,000 Pilots and Flight Attendants at Southwest.
