Problem
Stanley has an existing web portal, eServices, clients use to remotely view and monitor a broad range of security activities. For example, if a fire alarm in a client’s store sounds, the store manager can log in to this portal to watch live video of what is happening in his store and alert the authorities.
Stanley wanted offer the same rich user experience of the web via native applications for the iPhone and BlackBerry.
Solution
The Stanley eServices Mobile Apps allow customers to: create a service call, list open installation projects, retrieve security dispatch incident details, view live video of their monitored facilities, and even video verification clips to confirm alarm incidents.
