Problem
The Lextech team uses proprietary project management software to see each project from idea to successful completion. Our project managers expressed a need for a tool to automatically share high level project information from this web software with a client’s project managers and executive team.
Solution
Our team developed the Lextech Client Dashboard iPad app, a simple yet informative dashboard that allows clients to:
- View all simultaneous Lextech projects in one place.
- Easily share project information with stakeholders, like an executive team, without getting too deep into the project weeds.
- Digest project status quickly by viewing the color code of each project.
- Because this is the same tool the Lextech project team will use, clients have a common view of projects and a common language with which to discuss them.
- Identify their team’s role in any critical blockers, so issues can be resolved ASAP and keep projects moving forward.
